Objective of Odisha Mukhyamantri Shiksha Puraskar Yojana
The primary objective of the Mukhyamantri Shiksha Puraskar Yojana is to motivate and recognize key participants in Odisha’s educational system. In this program, the government plans to award 50,000 students and 1,500 teachers. Additionally, alumni associations supporting the 5T program and contributing to educational excellence will be honored. These awards will be distributed across different levels, including block, district, and state, underlining the comprehensive reach of this initiative.

For the CHSE/BSE Council, a Digi Locker
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik of Odisha emphasized the importance of time management and embracing change in a student’s life. He introduced Digi Locker for the Board of Secondary Education and the Council of Higher Secondary Education, a secure virtual storage for student documents like certificates and grade reports, minimizing the risk of loss or theft.
Patnaik encouraged students to excel in various fields including sports, dance, and music, and to develop a scientific mindset. He highlighted the need to respect influential figures in their lives, such as teachers and family, and to recognize their responsibilities towards their state and country.
